InSPHIRe lab member Dr. Yopina Pertiwi won the inaugural Department of Psychology Meritorious Dissertation Award (2018-2019)! Yopina’s dissertation compared the ability of three prominent theories on stereotyping and out-group membership to predict the influence of race and gender on patient – physician relationships.
